Jesus is One with the Spirit of God:

“And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.” Genesis 1:2

In the creation of earth for habitation, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit worked in perfect unity, each accomplishing their appointed task. With the aid of the Spirit, who in the beginning “moved upon the face of the waters”, and Jesus the Word, by whom “all things were made”, can we rightly interpreted the creation of this planet and the universe. (Genesis 1:2 KJVER; John 1:3, 9 KJVER)

In studying the Creator’s works, with the Holy Spirit’s guidance, we will discern deeper truths and be enabled to think His thoughts after Him.  In John 7:37-38, on the last day of great feast of Passover, Jesus stood and cried, saying,

‘If any man thirsts, let him come to Me, and drink. He that believes on Me, as the scripture has said, ‘Out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.’”

Let us come daily to drink from the fountain of living water. Then we can follow the path of our Creator and become “laborers together” in unity with the Godhead. Whatever our talents or position we can, by choice,  make the most of our opportunities to bring the “water of life” to those in need of spiritual truths. With the Holy Spirit’s aid, with patience we will learn how to approach unbelievers in a kindly, winsome way, and place in their hands literature in which the truth for this time is written with clarity and power.

Are you drinking from that artesian well of fresh, clean, invigorating water daily? Are you following in our Creator’s path to life eternal? Yes, you, too, can become laborers together with the God of the universe! Ask for His Spirit to guide and direct as you share His love with others. Let’s finish the gospel commission so our Creator can come and take us home!

Praise Jesus for the “water of life” He shares with us!
