Return Policy

 Guarantee & Customer Service Commitment:

We offer all our products with a 100-percent customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any portion of your order, please return it within 30 days* for a full refund. Should any of the materials** prove defective within 60 days, we will be glad to replace them free of charge. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

*Digital Download purchase are not made through Little Light Studios Shop and are handled by handles all returns, refunds and customer inquiries regarding purchase made through them.
**Gardening and Health products cannot be returned for being “defective”.  We have no control over the conditions in which they are used.  Thanks for understanding.

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, so contact us with any questions or comments. We are available Monday through Thursday by phone 530.327.9323 from 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST.  Friday’s we are available from 8:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m.

Return Instructions:

It’s easy to return an item if you’re not satisfied. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days. Items must be returned in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened.

To request a return you may call us at 530.327.9323 and we will process your return over the phone.  Alternatively you can contact us through our online form and we will handle the request via email.

When you contact us, please tell us whether the item was damaged, defective, the wrong item, or not satisfactory.  Have  your order number and product or product description handy.  It may not always be necessary to return a damaged or defective product. The representative will give you instructions if this is the case. Always reference the order number on your packing slip when contacting our us.

***If your item was not purchase from our online store, but was purchased at an event or convention please feel free to go online and fill out the form or call us and will will process the return.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date that your order was shipped. Books, DVDs and CDs (in their original, unopened, shrink-wrapped condition) can be mailed with the original packing slip to:

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Bulk orders of 50 or more copies are non-returnable.

If your return is purchased from our online store and shipped after the timeframes indicated above or without a packing slip, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.

NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returning Items bought from other vendors

Other vendors have their own returns policy. If you purchased an Little Light Studios product from another store, please check with them regarding their return policy. Little Light Studios does not accept returns purchased from another store.

Canceled Orders

Orders may be canceled at anytime before shipment.  Canceled orders will receive a 100% refund.  After an item has been shipped the item must be returned following the guidelines above under “Return Instructions”

DVD Care Instructions:

Avoid touching or scratching the media side (shiny side) of the disc.
Hold the disc by the edges or by the center hole.
Remove dust or lint from the disc with a soft dry cloth.
Do not apply cleaning chemicals to clean a disc, use only rubbing alcohol, or DVD/CD disc cleaning solutions.
Avoid exposing the disc to direct sunlight, high temperatures, humidity, dust or dirt.
Do not attach labels to either side of the disk.
DVDs may contain graphics and images for which Little Light Studios maintains 3rd party use agreements, and does not own the copyright. For this reason DVDs should not be duplicated.
